Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within the United States - to all 50 states and to Washington, D.C.

When will my order ship?

After you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.  Processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days; due to COVID-19 health protocol you may experience a longer processing window. 

Once the order ships from our external fulfillment partner, you will receive a shipping notification email with carrier that you have chosen and tracking information. 

Once the shipment has been registered, the carrier may provide an ETA for delivery.

While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order.

What is the estimated transit time once shipped?

Our ship times are generated by the shipping supplier that you choose.  We offer services from both USPS and UPS, your tracking number will advise the time of delivery. 

As always, there are nuances within the national supply chain and unexpected delays from time to time.  If you have any questions about your shipment ETA, please contact our Customer Service team.

Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, but please anticipate additional transit time to P.O. Boxes once shipped as delivery will necessitate handoff from UPS to the local USPS carrier.  The multi-carrier coordination for the final leg of the journey can slow down the rate of delivery.

How can I edit or correct my shipping address?
