Refund policy
We want you to love your Taylor Tillman NY Clothing. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are always happy to help you with a return or exchange as long as the item is not on sale and you are within the 14 days exchange/return window.
Items should be returned in original condition. You can begin your return or exchange by emailing sales@taylortillmanny.com and we will send you a return label. Please note you will be deducted from your refund a 5% restocking fee and the $5 shipping cost fee.
Once you receive a shipping label, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods.
Please note all sale items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
